El
pescado se corta en torsos grandes (el pescado tiene que estar medio cocido en
agua con Ύ de cebolla y sal, guarder el caldo) se frie la tortilla, pan, los
chiles, el resto de la cebolla bien picada, y el maniνde cacahuate, se le
agreaga un poco del caldo en donde se cocio el pescado, se le va agregando el
tomate y el cilantro y la pieza del chocolate, luego se agrega el pescao y se la
agregan de 2 a 3 tazas adicionales del caldo de pescado y se deja cocer por unos
10 minutos mas a una temperature mediana. Se puede acompaňar con arroz.
